After care instructions for your Jewelry Avoid lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with mild soap and water. Avoid tugging or catching on clothing. If it loosens or breaks, save the chain and contact us. Safe for airport security and medical imaging. Policy Free rewelds for original clients with chain and verified medical need. Broken or damaged chains require purchase of a new chain. Change of ownership reweld: $15 fee. Repairs/replacements priced by damage and materials. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.
